The Associate Coach role requires a dedicated and passionate coach to drive transformational outcomes for coaching clients and represent coaching excellence at Arieli & Company.

The ideal candidate will be keen to learn and master a new coaching approach. One that leverages deep knowledge of the client’s organisational culture, people processes, and psychometric data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage the coaching engagement with individual senior leaders, including tracking and follow-up
  • Use psychometric assessments, stakeholder interviews, and other data points to inform coaching engagements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to update and inform on coaching progress
  • Represent the Arieli & Company brand in all dealings with clients
  • Deliver transformational outcomes for clients
  • Maintain structures and processes to support self-development as a coach

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years’ experience in coaching
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Coaching qualification
  • Experience coaching leaders at an executive/senior level
  • Strong coaching capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a healthy level of self-awareness
  • High discretion and sensitivity to confidentiality
  • Can work independently and take initiative
  • Strong executive presence and gravitas
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities 
  • Highly observant with ability to pivot approach/content quickly based on fresh insight 
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Preferred: experience using psychometric assessments in coaching
  • Optional/ideal: fluency in a second language
