You would be responsible for research and developing fresh insights; have a flair for presenting complex ideas in a simple, logical and visually engaging way; contribute to implementing solutions for our clients; and, be open-minded and intellectually rigorous in the way you approach problems. Core to your work is developing deep insight into the skills, dynamics and context-driven factors that determine results and other outcomes for teams and organizations. 

The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to a variety of DE&I projects, from one-off trainings at organizations at the start of their DE&I journey, to multi-year programs for organizations with a high level of DE&I maturity. You will apply a fresh, non-judgemental approach, which demonstrates empathy and commitment to ensure that DE&I elevates respect and fairness for everyone at an organization.
You will be highly invested in devising solutions that respect difference and create unity, and which create higher equality of opportunity and increase the size of the pie. You will understand the critical importance and role of data and change management in providing DE&I solutions that deliver both superior results for business and better outcomes for people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply DE&I expertise to support recommendations and solution implementation for our clients
  • Research and summarize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative sources
  • Prepare research, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a structured and impactful way
  • Contribute to consulting expertise by staying up to date on current affairs and research relating to DE&I

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Postgraduate degree or above in psychology, behavioural science, business, or a related field and 2 years’ work experience as a consultant OR a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ work experience as a consultant
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Subject matter expertise in DE&I in organizations
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations on the subject of DE&I
  • Excellent written and verbal ability; high level of English language skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ideal: Experience with and understanding of the People/HR function at corporates
