This internship provides a comprehensive introduction to leadership consultancy, while encouraging exposure to a variety of business functions.
Selected interns will receive an extensive training program. This will be delivered by consultants and executive coaches. Training will cover key topics such as driving organizational change, presenting engaging research, and the power of deep psychometric testing.
Candidates should have a strong interest in human and organizational behaviour, and how this relates to leadership effectiveness and business performance. We work in a fast-paced environment and you must be able to adapt quickly to change. We look for candidates who articulate themselves eloquently both verbally and in writing.
