As the central aspect to the human relationships and interactions that make up every organization, managers and leaders must find a way to support a flourishing organizational culture. As every organization consists of human relationships and interactions, culture is a central aspect that must be managed and supported (CIPD, 2021). A healthy workplace culture provides employees opportunities to understand their organizations, to share their opinions and views, and to build community and trust.
Cass Business School, now Bayes Business School, wanted to organically enhance its culture. They also wanted staff to learn how to manage difficult conversations.
