This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people-focused data who wants to use their data analytics expertise to make a meaningful contribution to client projects.

The Manager will work with client-focused consulting teams and act as a data expert. They will support consultants to translate data into meaningful insights for clients.

The Manager will need to be able to independently scope and deliver work in collaboration with a team of consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a data expert during client engagements
  • Analyze data and deliver insights to support client projects
  • Develop expertise in Arieli & Company’s major measurement tools and software
  • Build out Arieli & Company’s analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrate and quantify ROI for every client engagement, including supporting colleagues to ensure projects are set up successfully for this purpose
  • Gather data on industry trends in order to support business development
  • Use expertise in data to support project setup and scoping, and project design

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in applied data science
  • Degree in psychology, behavioural science, statistics, or a related field
  • Understanding of psychometric assessment
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Tableau and Excel
  • Comfort with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods
  • Able to translate technical and complex data topics into concise and accessible insights
  • Ideal: Experience in a professional services firm
  • Ideal: Experience with and understanding of the People/HR function at corporates
