This is a rewarding role for a professional who is passionate about working at the leading edge of DE&I and about embedding best practices to enable the continued growth of a best-in-class international consultancy.

The role is ideal for an experienced consultant, who wants to continue to advance and apply their strategic acumen, and who enjoys being close to implementing recommendations and delivering solutions with long-term value-add for multiple stakeholders across large and mid-size corporations. The role requires someone who understands the importance of attention to detail and high-quality deliverables to senior leadership audiences. It would involve optimizing processes and team development as the DE&I consulting team grows. The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to a variety of DE&I projects, from one-off trainings at organizations at the start of their DE&I journey, to multi-year programs for organizations with a high level of DE&I maturity.

You would be accountable for supporting partners on large and/or strategic accounts and leading on small to mid-sized projects, ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered to meet client needs. We work on complex projects that can involve highly-nuanced considerations, an evolving landscape and timeline, and sensitive topics with urgency to address them – where others see constraint and difficulty, you see a unique opportunity. You would be good at taking ambiguous briefs, and translating them into projects that capture exactly what the client wants, and more. With the support of SibylTM and other Arieli & Company tools and research, and in collaboration with a small but growing team, you would work on projects that could include DE&I audits, Global Supplier Diversity Programs, and Executive Leadership Team performance solutions.

You would be a confident and articulate communicator, who can be counted on for a balanced and informed opinion. Known for your equanimity and winning mindset, clients would count on you to build win-win solutions, manage crucial conversations, and, where necessary and appropriate, to “say what needs to be said” but always in a way that is considered, respectful, and which provides a positive way forward aligned to client objectives. The role will involve some international travel and would suit someone who can connect with people from varied walks of life.

The ideal candidate will apply a fresh, non-judgemental approach, which demonstrates empathy and commitment to ensure that DE&I elevates respect and fairness for all stakeholders at an organization. You would be highly invested in devising solutions that respect difference and create unity, and which create higher equality of opportunity and increase the size of the pie. You will understand the critical importance and role of data and change management in providing DE&I solutions that deliver both superior results for business and better outcomes for people. This is an outstanding opportunity to drive lasting change in the field of DE&I, partnering with organizations and leadership across industries and cultures to raise the bar.
