This is a rewarding role for a marketing professional who wants to be on the frontline of growing brand awareness and loyalty for a fresh, powerful new voice in the world of international consulting.

Your work will play a key role in the growth of our business in the US. Clients have described our brand difference as “fresh”,“provocative but polite”, “incisive”, and “highly professional”, and “delivering a surprising and real transformation in leadership/business/life”. You would be responsible for the development and implementation of campaigns across all marketing channels using a brand-appropriate tone of voice. You would also be responsible for the design-led and articulate curation of content for our audience, global leadership elites. 

Day-to-day responsibilities would include reporting on marketing effectiveness, optimising ways of working to market the brand and our products, generating leads, managing the company’s social media properties, and implementing your marketing campaigns, from direct marketing to experiential marketing and more. A combination of big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery, this role will suit someone who is keen to build from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns in the US
  • Conduct timely analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns to track progress
  • Ideate and present new opportunities to increase brand reach
  • Plan and manage Arieli & Company’s thought leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with external partners (including PR and design) to maintain brand standards and execute against initiatives
  • Plan events and conferences, including identifying target conferences for senior team members to attend and/or present
  • Manage and update our clients and leads database
  • Day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Marketing in a start-up or high-growth company
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong understanding of social media and advertising channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ideal: Experience with and understanding of the People/HR function at corporates
