Arieli & Company is born from a deep-rooted dedication to support leaders who drive positive, sustainable change for their organizations, communities, and nations.
With a black Caribbean and white European Jewish background, the founder was exposed from an early age to a diverse and rich cultural heritage. Travelling with her grandmother, who took regular trips to bring charitable donations back to her home community, she experienced first-hand the great difference one person could make. She also saw the difference in access and opportunity that individuals faced given their skin color, their class, their networks, etc. As a result, Arieli & Company's founder became obsessed with finding and developing strategies, tools, and resources to maximize the impact of great leaders.
In 2014, Arieli & Company was founded to provide astute career management to senior leaders driving real change. By 2018, we were being referred as partners to our clients' Fortune 500 organizations. Today, we work with private clients and corporates to elevate solutions for career management, leadership capabilities, psychological safety, and diversity, equity and inclusion. We maintain a strong focus on supporting positive, sustainable change.
