Suesal Arieli has an MA(Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Balliol College, University of Oxford, and an MSc in Organizational/Industrial and Business Psychology from University College London. She is a certified Executive Coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara.
Suesal dedicated 10 years to investigating peak performance, leadership ascent, and organizational context by working across diverse fields before undertaking a Masters in Business Psychology. During this time, she worked in finance at Deutsche Bank, in law at McAllister Olivarius LLP (a US/UK legal firm that specializes in human rights), and consulted for media, social enterprise, and art and architecture entities. Her investigation identified an unmet need: evidence-based strategic career management.
In 2014, Suesal founded Arieli & Company to meet this need. Under her leadership, the firm became a trusted name for organizations looking to strengthen their leadership from the inside out. At the helm of Arieli & Company, Suesal has led global projects for Fortune500 companies, earning a reputation for delivering practical solutions and bringing key stakeholders to the table.
