How our story began

Arieli & Company is born from a deep-rooted commitment to support leaders who drive positive and sustainable change for their organizations, industries, communities, and nations.

Our Founder and CEO, Suesal Arieli, was exposed from an early age to a diverse cultural heritage. Travelling with her grandmother - who took regular trips overseas to bring charitable donations to her home community and beyond - she experienced first-hand the great difference one person can make. She also saw the variation in access and opportunity faced by different leaders - due to individual, organizational, or systemic factors.

In 2014, Arieli & Company was founded to provide strategic career management consultancy to transformational leaders. By 2018, the Company was being referred to our clients' organizations - many in the Fortune 500. Today, we work with both large organizations and investment firms. We help them anticipate capability gaps and manage crises in leadership and culture. Our mission remains the same: to be the ultimate ally to leaders who change the world for the better.

Our core team

Suesal Arieli
Chief Executive Officer

Suesal spent the first ten years of her career investigating the intersection of peak performance and organizational context by working across diverse fields.

During this time, she worked in finance at Deutsche Bank, in law at McAllister Olivarius LLP (a US/UK legal firm that specializes in workplace harassment), and consulted for media, social enterprise, and art and architecture entities.

The investigation identified an unmet need:
global, strategic career management for high-potential leaders. In 2014, Suesal founded Arieli & Company to meet the need.

Under her guidance, the firm became sought-after by organizations for innovative, sustainable solutions to opportunities in senior leadership and company culture.

Leading Arieli & Company, Suesal has managed numerous global projects for Fortune500 companies, establishing a reputation for strategic, pragmatic advice.  

Suesal has an MA(Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, and an MSc in Organizational/Industrial and Business Psychology from University College London. She is a certified Executive Coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara.

Dr. Kimberlie Warren
U.S. President and Director of Coaching

Kimberlie has spent over 20 years in HR roles in healthcare, and specializes in coaching leaders to improve resilience and wellbeing.

In her work, she is focused on managing the North America division of Arieli & Company, as well as growing the firm's coaching capabilities globally. She is also an experienced facilitator and mentor.

Outside work, Kimberlie is a passionate advocate for cancer awareness, and acts as a patient advocate for Susan G. Komen and the American Association for Cancer Research.

Kimberlie has a PhD in health services administration with a concentrationin health and human behavior from Walden University. She is a certified Executive Coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, and a certified Diversity Executive.

Eleanor Robinson
Associate Principal

Since joining in 2015, Eleanor has worked on high-impact leadership and culture projects in six continents, across various industries including consumer goods, life sciences, energy, and finance.

In her work, Eleanor specializes in providing practical and data-driven advice to leaders. With a focus on driving momentum and simplicity, Eleanor's contributions have led to the expansion of the Arieli & Company team, and the refinement of the firm's service offering.

Outside work, Eleanor is a keen tennis player, with a passion for travel, cooking, and new cultures.

Eleanor has an MA(Oxon) in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, and an MSc in Psychology from University College London. She has completed qualifications in psychometric testing, executive coaching, and personality typology.

Kevin Reed
Associate Principal

Kevin has over a decade of experience coaching and training leaders in the finance industry and beyond.

Since joining in 2020, Kevin has worked on global leadership development projects for executives in six continents.

In his work, Kevin specializes in creating positive and sustainable change for executive leaders. Kevin's commitment to excellence and unlocking maximum potential delivers exceptional results for our clients.

Outside work, Kevin has a passion for international relations, history, and baseball.

Kevin has an MA in History from the University of Illinois. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. As a financial professional, he also holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Brianne Santarelli
Associate Principal

Brianne brings 15 years of experience with technical industries. She worked over twelve years at Air Products—a Fortune500 company—in business management, supply chain, and engineering development. She worked over two years at AHRI advancing industry-wide leadership councils for HVACR manufacturers and directing sector teams.

Brianne specializes in unlocking opportunity by providing data-driven strategy on emerging topics such as supply chain, sustainability, and A.I., with a specialism in manufacturing, industrial, and energy industries. Brianne’s insight into market growth opportunities and evolving needs delivers transformational results for clients.

Outside work, Brianne enjoys running, family time, and skiing.

Brianne has an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. She holds a green belt certification in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement.

Sanoop Luke
Associate Principal

Sanoop has more than 18 years' experience across media and tech working at companies including Google and Warner Media. He's led on strategic execution, product development, and M&A transactions valued over USD$1bn.

In his work, Sanoop specializes in providing executive teams with singular direction for strategic planning. His clients commend his ability to drive clarity and to unite diverse priorities into one impactful strategic roadmap.

Sanoop has a BA in Economics from Emory University. He is a certified Executive Coach through the University of Cambridge’s Executive Coaching Program. Sanoop also acts as an advisor at private equity and venture capital firms, advising founders on new acquisitions and markets.

Dave Sellick
Head of Finance

Dave has over 15 years' experience in financial advisory and accounting, having started his career at PwC.

For the past 6 years, he has supported the management and growth of the firm using his strong financial acumen and deep experience advising growing businesses.

Outside work, Dave is passionate about music and technology. He is dedicated to making financial processes more human and accessible.

Dave has a BA in Geography from the University of Nottingham. He is an ICAEW qualified chartered accountant.
